Seminar: Change Management
The current dynamic developments challenge the organisations to change continuously. Thus, the way that jobs are executed has to change as well, and consequently also the managers. The acceleration and implementation of business processes require a greater degree of flexibility, speed and creative thinking of each single employee. In order to meet this challenge, the managers have to understand the framework of “managing organisational change” and adopt the “role” of a coach.
- Objective:
Understand the importance of changes, initiate and participate in shaping the change processes.
- Topics:
Personality development, identification of potentials, strenghtening strenghts, breaking up mind patterns, leadership and conflict management, communication models, entrepreneurial thinking
- Customer benefits:
- Visualising correlations
- Acquiring “coaching skills”, methods and examples of use
- Acquiring the role of the “change agent”
- Analysis of preconceived opinions and obstacles that hinder change processes
- Interactively formulating implementation concepts of change processes
